Check-in & Check-out times

Contactless Check-in is 4pm on the day of arrival and Check-out is 10am on the day of departure. Key code access details provided on the week of arrival.

Can we bring our dog?

Yes! dogs are welcome and we allow a maximum of 3. Our fully enclosed garden with lawn is perfect for furry friends. Unfortunately, they are not allowed on furniture or upstairs.

Due to our property being attached, we ask they are not left unattended in consideration of our neighbours.

We do a thorough clean after every stay to ensure all dog hairs are clear so that they are still five star standard for every arrival. 

NB: No pets other than dogs are permitted at Saltwick.

Do you provide towels & linen etc?

Yes! All linen is provided for the main beds and we supply 1 bath sheet and 1 hand towel per person* (upto 7 persons). We also supply 2 tea towels in the kitchen.

Please bring your own beach towels! Our towels must not be taken and used at the beach.

Please bring your own robes for the hot tub!

If you are booking for an 8th person, please bring your own bedding/duvet for the occasional bed.

*Towels are not provided for infants. We do not supply bedding for the travel cot.

What is included?

As we are a self catering property, an initial supply of toilet rolls, kitchen towel, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets will be left for your arrival. You may need to supply any additional that you may require for your full stay.

Are there clothes washing facilities at Saltwick?

Yes! A separate washing machine and dryer can be located in the utility room. Pegs, an iron and an ironing board are available for your use.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes! and its superfast with no loss of speed! All our Smart TV's are hard wired. 

Is smoking allowed at Saltwick?

No - smoking and e-cigarettes are not allowed at Saltwick. Evidence of this, will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. Please refer to the terms and conditions for more information.

Where can I park my car?

Saltwick has space for parking 2 cars on the drive outside the house. 

Can I charge my Electric Vehicle?

No - Electric car charging (by any means) is not available at Saltwick. Evidence of this will be in breach of your terms and condition and will invalidate your stay. Please refer to the terms and conditions for more information.
