Check-in: From 4:00 PM on the day of arrival (contactless check-in)
Check-out: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure
Key code access: Details will be sent to you during the week of your arrival

Bringing Your Dog

Yes – we’re dog friendly! 🐾

We welcome up to 3 dogs per booking
The fully enclosed garden with lawn is perfect for your four-legged companions
Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on furniture
Please do not leave dogs unattended in the property out of consideration for our neighbours (as the house is semi-detached)

We carry out a thorough clean after every stay, ensuring the property remains at a five-star standard for all guests.

🚫 Please note: Only dogs are permitted. Other pets are not allowed.

Towels, Linen & What to Bring

✔️ We provide:

All bed linen for the main beds (up to 7 guests)
1 bath sheet and 1 hand towel per guest
2 tea towels in the kitchen

🚫 Please bring:

Your own beach towels – house towels are not to be taken to the beach
Robes if you plan to use the hot tub
Bedding/duvet & towel for the occasional bed (8th guest)
Towels & bedding for infants if using the travel cot (not supplied)

What’s Included?

As a self-catering property, we provide an initial supply of essentials for your arrival:

Toilet rolls
Kitchen roll
Washing up liquid
Dishwasher tablets

You may need to bring extra for the duration of your stay.

Laundry Facilities

Yes!
Saltwick has a washing machine and dryer in the utility room, along with:

Pegs
Iron
Ironing board

Wi-Fi & Entertainment

Yes – we offer superfast Wi-Fi with strong signal throughout the house.
All Smart TVs are hardwired, ensuring smooth streaming of your favourite shows.

Smoking Policy

🚭 Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted anywhere inside Saltwick.

Evidence of smoking will result in loss of your security deposit. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Parking

Saltwick provides off-street parking for 2 cars directly outside the property.
Additional street parking is available nearby if needed.

EV Charging

❌ Electric vehicle charging is not permitted at Saltwick – this includes use of domestic sockets or extension leads.

Doing so is a breach of our Terms & Conditions and will invalidate your booking. Please refer to the terms for further details.

No problem! You can log out remotely via your streaming account or app.
